Essentially, all jewelry sales are Final.  Despite that, if you are unhappy for ANY reason, please contact me and let's talk about it!


Did you order something sized too big or too small?  No problem.  Buyers will have 5 days from the receipt of the merchandise to request an Exchange.

To start that process, send an email to

Explain the issue and request a Return Authorization Number.  After you receive a confirmation and the RAN, ship the merchandise to the following address: J'Knoso Culture, Exchanges, P.O. Box 1268, Suwanee, GA, 30024, United States.

Make sure to include the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the packaging, near the mailing address.  If the Return Authorization Number is missing, your return will not be processed.

We suggest using a shipping method that offers tracking or insurance.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

** If the item requested for an Exchange is no longer available, we will issue a Store Credit.**

**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.**

Damaged Goods:  I know that things can go terribly wrong during the shipping process.  Once I ship the package, unfortunately what happens after that is out of my control.  However, if this happens, contact me within 2 business days of receipt and I will work with you.  But please make sure to contact the Carrier!  That will help with future deliveries.
